The experience was terrible and infuriating. The hospital was unwilling to provide the ultrasound results and our insurance already covered the cost. They kept sending me bills and calling them to tell them my insurance company paid the bill. They still continue to pay their bills. Medical facilities don't even check insurance bills. This is outrageous and disgusting.

Dr. Liu is very helpful and capable. She has made many sacrifices to help her patients. She assisted me to obtain a diagnosis for Cushing's syndrome. I very much trust her to be my primary care provider.

Me and my girlfriend had an appointment set for 9:00 am and when we showed up noone was there.
