I had a great experience with McCaw Property Management. Darla, the manager, was exceptionally organized and made sure every detail was covered - she even included an end-of-lease checklist up front. Her thorough process inspired confidence that everything will go smoothly. I really appreciate her helping me get in to the home early. Saved me from having to move twice. Naomi did a fantastic job coordinating all the prep work; she’s friendly and enjoyable to work with. The team made the entire process efficient, stress-free, and dare I say.. enjoyable . Thank you.

So today I was in my yard a home on portales Dr fort Worth for a brief time and I had to walk inside to grab some tools.In the time that I had gone inside a man with a white van had pulled up and seen that my American flag was on the ground and not in the post holder. As I walked up to him he was just finishing, he had screwed in the base of the pole holder and was beginning to re post the flag in the base. He initially apologize as he thought someone had torn it out of the ground and left it on the grass. I thanked him as It hadnt fallen but I at the time didn't have the strength to get the base screwed into the dirt. I was very surprised and thanked him. It was amazing to see someone stop their day and not only help someone that he didn't know needed help but went out of his way to repost the flag. I was so surprised that this young man was so kind. I hope you all can appreciate what he did today. He not only showed kindness but he also showed he's a caring person when no one was looking taking the time and having the integrity to stand the flag up so it wouldn't touch the ground. That meant so much to me. Thank you. Young man I didn't get your name but God bless you. We need more people like him God Bless

My experience with this property management company has been an absolute nightmare and I strongly recommend avoiding them entirely. From the very beginning, they ask you to submit your detailed leasing requirements and preferences, only to completely ignore every single one and force their own standard lease. There is no transparency whatsoever — they never disclose their policies, including mandatory annual fees, and you’re hit with constant surprise charges that require owner approval under your terms but are billed anyway without consultation. Maintenance is a disaster: they bypass all your preferred vendors, send their own contractors who show up unannounced, leave jobs half-done, and slap you with inflated, unnecessary invoices. Communication is practically non-existent — responses are rare, slow, and usually just generic AI-generated emails; staff turnover happens silently so you’re left emailing people who no longer work there with no notification. To make matters worse, they sit on your rent money for a full 30 days before disbursing it, far longer than any reasonable industry standard. In the end, this company shows zero regard for you, your property, or your finances — their only apparent goal is squeezing every possible dollar out of owners while delivering the bare minimum (or less) in service. Save yourself the enormous stress, lost money, and endless headaches: do not use this company under any circumstances.
