Good place to shop for all seasons and occasions! Quality of items and even snacks are fantastic. Shoes, clothes, and accessories are amazing!

Visiting plano tx. Stopped by marshalls for some attire. Clean and well stocked. As expected.

No means NO. Manager asked me 4 times if I wanted to apply for a Marshall's store credit card! Each time I said, No. She still persisted a fifth time to persuade me. That is disgusting and RUDE. What better way to articulate a lack of respect for me as a person or customer. I do not defend my decisions as I don't owe an excuse for my decisions about my life and finances. We are in America where we dont haggle. Marshall's prices are fixed and they should train their staff and management that customer finances aren't on the table for haggling. Marshall's is not a garage sale, neither is my credit or bank account. Furthermore, the bathrooms were disgusting. The toilets didn't flush. One Mom wouldn't let her daughter use the bathroom and warned me before I entered. Broken fixtures, too. The Manager should be tending to her responsibilities and not pressuring customers into applying for store credit. Im 58 years old and I know good and well what I want. They've gone downhill.

Not much in the way of clothing for women. Seems like what they stock is more for the 50+ aged crowd and not 30-40s aged folks. Store was clean and quiet but didn't seem organized really at all, more like a older persons Ross.

The stuff there, along with their manager, offer you a 10% discount card, which seems like an attractive offer. However, they then give you a bank credit card and access your credit score without your consent and without explaining the true nature of what they're offering. This is outright fraud. They talk about a discount card that's supposedly for their company, and then they give you a bank credit card, which will definitely lower your credit score and is only beneficial to them. It's a strange and elaborate scam and deception; I've never seen anything like it before. These are unscrupulous employees who only care about the small commission they earn by defrauding customers. When I asked them why they needed my card, their manager said it was just for identity verification... Liars and fraudsters! When I told him that was a lie,, then he says we didn't lie at all u should know by ur self it's a credit,, but yes I knew its but they never explained to me that is a real bank credit and they just mentioned about it is a discount cards internally within their store. Lier guy's Especially their manager.
