It was a simple process as it should be. Walked in, walked around and found a couch that I liked, asked the sales rep if they had that in another color. They did so I purchased and scheduled delivery. No trying to upset, no harassment or annoying sales tactics. Smooth delivery process with no hiccups. Walked in and out in 8-10 minutes. Highly recommend, great customer service.

Went here twice for a futon and dining room set. Customer service was really good and it was delivered the next day to my house. I recommend this place to get furniture, it is reasonable
