My pup has been going here for over a year now, and I still love this place. It’s our regular grooming facility. From the owner, Peter, to how beautiful my girl looks when she gets out- I’m happy every time! He remembers the haircut preferences we have for her, and regularly updates her notes where he can easily tell me what we did last time. Very consistent, very easy! Including photos from different haircuts on the review. They also have a very easy to book website, and they always get back to my appointment requests made via the website by the next morning.

I've had a great experience here. They understand what I'm wanting for grooming my toy Aussiedoodle, and Andie is happy when I pick her up. It's like she knows she looks pretty and feels better all trimmed and cleaned up.

We have been bringing out dog Cosmo to Sebastian for 2 years. I made an appointment with him for my dog’s grooming and suddenly the groomer onsite didn’t know how to groom a labradoodle. Don’t waste your time and money here. We made the appointment with Sebastian and he didn’t honor the appointment. Looking for a new groomer. Edited to add: Like I said in the text message you sent me your groomer lied to you. She told me that she would have to shave his ears. This business has a history of unethical behavior and this isn’t the first incident we have had here. I will post pictures of his ears. I scheduled online with Sebastian to avoid the other groomers. The way she reacted to my dog I knew that I would not leave him with her. As I said earlier you need to reexamine the people you hire.

I picked my dog up and had to wash him over. I called nicely to explain to the owner. I also sent pictures of the dirt that came off my dog meaning he wasn’t washed at all. He said he will talk to his head groomer bc she knows how to wash. I will not return bc of the way he handled the situation. He was cut out but washed.

This place is the best! I adopted my dog a few months ago so he’s never had a professional grooming before. I was apprehensive about leaving him somewhere but as soon as we got there my worries disappeared. All the girls were super sweet and you can tell that they love dogs. His haircut was adorable and he smelled great. I also had to leave him there for a bit because of my work schedule and they were flexible and worked with me. Will definitely make this our regular groomer. 😊
