Kroger

Customer service is terrible here. I believe I was discriminated against. Store leader Kelly was very rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Kelly refused to give me the information of the customer service employee who is constantly unprofessional every time I come. I have escalated to corporate. Hopefully, they can rectify the situation.

The lack of cashier's and being forced to use self checkout is annoying. I try to help my wife checkout by handing her items to scan....nope, the camera sees extra hands and flags our purchase. The seafood department smells horrible. I fear once HEB opens this will simply be another closed former grocery store dotting the Plano landscape.

Update: 1/6/25 So much food is out of date! The staff at the store is rude! Update: 7/31/24 Coupons never ring up right in this store, any Kroger store for that matter, and it holds up the lines! The employees can be rude because they hate this part of their jobs! Don't even get me started about the registers and how long it takes to self-checkout! It's ridiculous!!!!! Almost every time I go into this Kroger store, I find things that have been expired for days, weeks or even months! Tonight I wanted to buy some salad, but there was hardly anything on the shelves, however, there were 13 Chipotle and Cheddar salad kits, which all expired on September 29, 2022, and today is October 1st! Given the fact that the stock was low, one would think they'd notice the ones that were expired.

Why not bring back cashiers? Cameras watching you as you check out and the special needs Hispanic boy standing over me … is really off putting. Remember you need our business not the other way around. He just stood behind me and rolled his eyes. I hate being treated like a criminal at self checkout. I don’t work here why am I checking myself out? Bring back customer service. Kroger needs to check themselves high surveillance at the self check and profiling means time to stop shopping here and go to farmers markets.

Why in the world did Kroger decide to close at 11pm to save money, AND not have any cashiers in the evening?!?!?!?!?!?!? People who work all day and take care of their household responsibilities, and then finally have a chance to pick up something at the grocery store in the evening, now have to stand in a long line to do SELF CHECK OUT and go thru the "[beep] wait for cashier" at every other item?!?! SO FRUSTRATING!!! HIRE SOME STAFF!!!!
