I had a great experience getting my oil changed here today. The service was quick, and the waiting area was surprisingly nice -they had snacks, soda, water, and coffee available, plus very comfortable seating and even a massage chair. Tanner helped me with my service and he was fantastic. He explained the few issues they found on my car clearly and thoroughly, showed me pictures so I could actually see what he was talking about, and gave me an honest idea of how long I could safely defer the repairs. I really appreciated how transparent and helpful he was. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I’ll definitely be back!

I recently visited Integrity 1st Auto for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and I had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly and professional, getting everything done efficiently without any surprises. They did a solid job, and my car feels smooth and ready to go. I'd definitely recommend them.

Just moved to Plano and was in the need of a new mechanic. I called a bunch of places and I scheduled an appt with these guys. I spoke with Tanner. I told him, I was new to the area and looking for a local neighborhood mechanic that I can trust and rely on. He loved that idea and we had a good convo. He quoted me for new brakes and coolant flush. I called around to see if his quote was too high. Everything was in the ballpark but I did get a quote that was about $300 cheaper. I told him that and he made it work and did a price match since I was a new customer and wanted to build that relationship with a customer. I appreciated it a lot and now they have a repeating customer as long as I’m in the Dallas metro area. Thanks again Tanner!

It was the best experience and it was my first visit. The young man who helped me was knowledgeable, personable and sincere. When I left I had a big smile on my face. It was Not what I expected; didn’t try to upsell me gave me a discount and told me what needed to be repaired next but NO pressure. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had a car repair place. I will definitely go back and recommend my friends!!
