HQ Plano on Park

I own a company that has leased from your Plano office location for a very long time. We have been trying to get a refund of some fees charged to our leasing account for months. We never requested the service, never signed up for the service, this office we have is for licensing purposes only and we are getting no place with your customer service dept. Our next step is to turn this over to our Corp attorneys to handle. We are talking about a few thousand dollars here that REGUS cannot seem to make right!!! We do not recommend leasing here in Plano as they charge fees to line their pockets that are unnecessary and unapproved!!!

Started out great but then became very shady. First they charged my credit card for more than the agreement with no notice of any increase. Then they refused to refund my retainer when I cancelled. I used to recommend them to everyone. Update: Even more than a month after cancelling I am STILL getting surprise charges on my card and STILL have not received my deposit back. Huge nightmare - I wish I never heard of Regus.

My growing business needed a space to receive mail, book conference rooms for clients, and eventually an office to rent. This would allow my company to grow at a nice pace and conserve cash for other items such as marketing, accounting, etc.. The front desk was not polite and went through several people while I was there, and one receptionist was so mean that my clients noticed it. I booked a meeting room online with the Regus app and was going to meet 7 of my clients that day and found out that they were closed for presidents day and no one was there to open room for my 7 clients and when they charged me for the room for the day and did not let me know that they would be closed. The customer service is almost impossible to talk to and reach for any issues you have with your account, and it took me a month to get a refund for a room I didn't get to use. The customer support line couldn't cancel my contract or help for the monthly fee for mail service and a year from the date I moved out of this place I'm still being charged for a service that I'm not using. If you are a growing company then look around at the other places of this nature before signing a contract or using the service of this entity because it will save you a lot of grief later on. I will never use the services of Regus again, and I warn every client of my experience there.

Nicest center in the area with meeting rooms or day offices to accommodate all needs.
