I worked with Nikie Kiani as my realtor, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I was not informed about several important issues related to the property I purchased, including the presence of a major train line behind the house. This was a significant material fact that should have been disclosed clearly before closing. As a buyer, I relied on my agent to provide accurate information and guidance. Instead, I felt misled and unsupported throughout the process. The lack of transparency caused me financial and emotional stress after the purchase. I am now having to seek legal assistance because of the issues that were not disclosed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working with this agent. HomeSmart, as a brokerage company, you are responsible as well.
