Hollywood Feed

I stopped by Hollywood Feed Plano yesterday to pick up some chewables and toys for our new puppy, and I had such a great experience! Alice was incredibly helpful — she answered all my questions and guided me to the perfect toy and suggested a perfect food for our puppy. She also shared some really useful tips to help with teething and chewing habits. Excellent customer service and a wonderful shopping experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🐶💛

Love shopping at Hollywood Feed and appreciate the great selection of products the company carries! My favorite location is in Plano at Park and Preston. The manager Shea and all of the employees that work there are always friendly, very knowledgeable about the products they sell and have helped me immensely with choosing what's right for my animals. It's always a pleasant experience in the store, the atmosphere is awesome and the extra helpers are always there to greet you with love and tails wagging! What I like the most is that the employees are true animal lovers and it shows. Thank you to everyone at Hollywood Feed for being so wonderful!! I will always shop here for my little fur babies!

Amazing. Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Even when 1 person there store busy she always manages to help everyone. We also love self bath my dogs. Clean place . Ty so much

I absolutely LOVE this location and the helpful employees. They have picked food up for me from other locations and helped me locate the specific food my cat needs for his health. Annika is amazing! Thank you for always being a positive friendly place to visit!

I came in the store for the first time last week. I was there to try and find the right dog food for my dachshund named Roscoe. He is a very picky eater and was uncertain about what to get him. I must have looked confused when an assistant named Rosie offered to help me. She had such a great attitude and a friendly smile. Her recommendation was exactly what Roscoe needed. I've never seen Roscoe so happy and content. I'm now a new lifelong customer of Hollywood Feed. Thank you, Rosie.
