Everything you need to know about this gym is in the name ! It’s a Hidden Gem for real! More people in DFW should know about this place! Shoutout to Tiffany for inviting me out here! I’ve discovered another great gym in the area.

A place for no frills experience. For great workout, minus the gimmick. They got everything for whatever workout plan you got for yourself. Place is clean, very well lit, not too crowded, well maintained. Staffs are super friendly. Would recommend for 10/10.

One of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! I’ve been part of the Hidden Gym community for 2 years now, starting at the Allen location—and it’s been a game changer. The environment, the people, and the energy are unmatched. You don’t just train here—you grow here. I truly pray God continues to bless the owners and their vision so more people around the world can experience what makes Hidden Gym so special. It’s more than fitness—it’s purpose-driven. Highly recommend!

Hidden Gym is an awesome place to train—great workouts, solid atmosphere, and a really supportive community. Big Shoutout to Emily Haen, she’s an employee here and does an amazing job. I was in the greater Dallas area for a work conference, and needed to find a gym for the week. I was recommended Hidden Gym by my brother in law, who warned me not to drive all the way to Fort Worth, where he owns a CrossFit gym. I’m more into body building, and his recommendation was perfect. The equipment at hidden gym all looked new, was clean, and functional. I went at different times during the day, throughout the week and it was never crowded, but always a had a handful of people in there. I workout at a commercial gym in California, and found it to be refreshing to workout in a gym where the trainers were all good shape, and there were multiple gym goers that were either competitive, or just dead serious about their physiques. It was motivating, inspiring, and just an overall great feeling to not be the biggest guy in the gym, but to see bigger guys, and aspire to achieve similar results. The gym was super clean. The equipment selection was top tier, as I’ve been wanting to use that specific pendulum squat machine for years, but had yet to see it in person, and with three different styles of leg press machines, I was truly in heaven. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Asking me questions about life, where I was coming into town from, making me feel welcomed. They maintained eye contact throughout entire interactions, never making me feel like they were just doing a job, but enjoyed where they worked. The other gym goers were friendly, enough head nods, smiles, and handshakes to make me feel like a member.
