We love Haggard library. They staff is always friendly and helpful. The amenities are very good and they have a great collection of books for children as well as adults. In addition, they seem to have a decent collection of other languages. The bathrooms and play areas are always clean and we love their $10 bag sale. They take donations and have very cool kits for children. They also offer an area for babies so parents can work and use the computers. Love it! I just wish they have a bigger Spanish books collection and they were closer to our home. Overall this is a great library
A good library for the public. It has 3 floors. 1- for Genealogy - we can explore and study our ancestry and roots. 2- for kids. 3-for adults/everyone. I loved it. Went in the morning at 09:00 AM. It was pleasant and calm. A nice place for students especially to study for competitive exams.
One of the best libraries, I have visited! Great collection and digital platforms with quality Apps, best customer care services 👍👊🌻🙌🫶. I attend regular Scores meet & greet with lots experienced entrepreneurs and mentors!! I love Haggard Library, always happy to visit & stay there🤩😊☺️🙏
At an event where the librarians advertised 30 minutes to arrive, the popular Birds of Prey event, tickets ran out 10 minutes after tickets opened. The reason is because they allowed so many adults into a children's event. Please consider to allow one guardian/parent per child. So many children were waiting for over an hour and crying because of this flaw in the librarians in charge of the event. It's a waste of people's time to take off work and not be allowed in due to library fault
Organized and kid friendly. They have good variety of books, dailies and magazines. Registration process is really easy. Teen volunteers can support via “volunteers in Plano” registration.
