Frisco Electric

Excellent experience with Resilient Power and Plumbing fka Frisco Electric. Kevin and John were timely, friendly, professional, and excellent at housekeeping the areas in which we had work done. They replaced a GFCI outlet in our garage because we could not locate which breaker it went to, kindly labeled that for us so that we know in the future, and also dropped outlets in three areas where we needed access for lighting and of a bidet in the WC. Very pleased!

Technicians Mike, Sean and Eric were friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. They were very careful with the two crystal chandeliers that are very fragile. They left the area clean and always assisted in other jobs as requested.

I’ve used Frisco Electric for years, and they are great. I recently had them out for a few light fixtures that blew out. I don’t see much change in service level (still great) with the new name, Resilient Power. When you call for an appointment, they are thorough and help you diagnose the problem. On occasion, I’ve even been given suggestions to fix a problem on my own, which saved me a silly trip fee and service call. I really appreciate the communication and help from the scheduler. Vanessa also assesses whether it is a true emergency or not and schedules very quickly. They still have good availablity. This trip, the electricians — Sean and Michael — were courteous, polite, and clean. They were efficient in their repair and tidy, vacuuming and cleaning up afterward. In addition, they noticed a little dust outside the room they were working in (left behind by the air conditioning vendor) and vacuumed that as well. The guys were just delightful and efficient. Resilient was quick to respond to my request for a quote for replacing a water heater and repair a below slab water line leak. The work was performed quickly and they were able to adjust the scope due to unexpected changes encountered. The technicians fully explained exactly what they needed to do and the schedule was kept. I worked in commercial property management for 40 years and this company left me with a positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The price for the work performed was fair also.

Shaun and Michael did a great job installing several new LED lights. They were very professional, knowledgeable and on time. Vanessa booked our appointment as usual and is always pleasant to deal with. It's nice having a company that's been around for so long that you can count on and hasn't sold out to another business.
