I shipped 2 boxes from Texas to two different houses in Nebraska in the same town. One arrived the other still in Texas. Their excuse stating it had no label. How is that possible if I went inside this location so they could take info, print labels and apply to ship. I also asked why didn't the driver picking up and taking to shipping location didn't verify before taking it. No answer. FedEx has lost all credibility and trust I has in them. They would not even commit to shipping it out ASAP. They said they could not change the ship method even though this is 100% their fault. I have no idea when and if it will even get shipped.
I arrived at the store very unhappy due to fedex customer service. Tay was the employee that helped me. She called customer service on my behalf. With her assistance, I was able to get my refund. Thank you so much Tay for providing excellent customer service!!
Absolutely fantastic experience at this FedEx location! I had a few packages to send, and the manager (Flo) went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly helpful in explaining the different shipping options and made sure everything was packed and labeled correctly. What really impressed me was that even though she was managing a busy store, she took the time to walk me through how to use the self-service options for future shipments if she or the team were occupied. This level of proactive customer service is truly outstanding. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. Five stars all the way! The manger flo is a great person and very good at what she does, however how things are being delegated in who does what can cost you if you don't double check there work. And in Gods Law of order this is not professional. Thank you
Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful but the manager (I believe?) Jim is so blatantly rude and disrespectful to his workers in front of customers. He told one of his workers to,”hurry it up because we have more stuff to do,” while the employee was helping me at the front, working on fixing a miss print for my business. He made it very clear that my business was less important than some online orders. I get it if you’re busy but to push someone to rush with a customer with a customer service job is crazy. I came in today and said I sent an email and he spoke very rudely telling me I didn’t send one? Even though I had the confirmation email in hand all while another worker came up with my order. I’m a regular here and seeing this man talk the way he does to the people he works with at this location, especially the women is absolutely disgusting. He has zero respect and honestly makes my visits now uncomfortable. It’s not that hard to be kind and respectful. It’s clear he hates his job or something. I hope he leaves this location because everyone that works here is so kind and patient and so extremely helpful. I hope this messages reaches someone because his man doesn’t deserve the job he clearly applied for
