FAMSA Furniture

Really happy with my experience here. I had no idea what kind of furniture they sold here, but we needed some for our new home in Plano, so we decided to check it out and I'm very happy I did. Jenny even helped us get the dining set we chose delivered to our house. 10/10!!

Went into the store and looked around for 15-20mins with no one asking me if I needed help. (I was the only one in the store and the 3 ASSOCIATES only looked at me) The moment a hispanic couple walked in, they asked them IMMEDIATELY if they could help them. Insane smh. I was ready to buy a bed I saw online, before I even walked in the store and they messed it up. I’ll drive 30 mins away to buy furniture at a different store instead.

I worked with Yolanda and she was great. Very helpful and attentive. Her Spanish is better than her English but she still managed to get me a great deal on a washer and Dryer...plus they deliver!!!

Mr. Erik salesperson did an amazing job explaining the terms of my purchase. Process was fast and easy :) I’m very happy with my purchase. I would definitely buy again here especially to build up more my credit 😊
