Dr. Ami R. Shah, MD

Dr Shah really truly cares about her patients. You won't find a better internist. My whole family, including my adult sons, sees her and we all love and trust her. She is also very proactive. Due to her training and insight, she encouraged me to see a specialist due to some family history, and I was able to begin an early treatment for a diagnosis that left untreated could have been detrimental. She's the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shaw and her nurse Lauren. After leaving my previous general practitioner because I always felt rushed and unheard, I finally feel truly cared for. With Dr. Shaw, my medications and results are reviewed thoroughly, and she takes the time to make adjustments or offer suggestions when needed. She is kind, attentive, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about her patients. I could not be happier with the level of medical care I receive from her.

Dr. Shah is one of the most welcoming and warm medical doctors. When I first came to Dr. Shah it was due to my previous PCP Dr. had retired and I missed her. Finding Dr. Shah was a God-send. She is the best. Not only does she exam you and listen to you concerns, she has solutions that leads to resolutions. I feel safe with Dr. Shan and very grateful for her support.

I have not had a primary care physician for many years and it’s been fairly difficult to find one that was in network with my plan and also came highly recommended. When I went to Dr. Shah for our initial meeting, I was impressed by her friendly demeanor, her thorough approach, her willingness to listen to my perspective, even if she disagreed, and the fact that she spent nearly an hour with me. I’m hopeful that this will be a great long-term relationship between her office and my entire family!

Dr Shah was amazing as always. I never feel rushed during my visits with her. She is very good at keeping track of any tests, immunizations or prescriptions that I might need. Her MA is also very nice and friendly.
