My experience with this company has been miserable. For starters, they cost about double what any other company costs, which I’m happy to pay if it is worth the service. I asked for an explanation of the services that I’m billed for, and two separate reps talked in circles and didn’t really explain anything. I asked a third party to run an audit on our SEO, only to discover that after two years in business, our website doesn’t show up at all when people google dentists in our area. I found this to be an egregious oversight on their part. They also showed no evidence that they are actually providing any of the services that they bill me for. I requested to be released from my contract early and outlined my grievances. I was told that none of this is their responsibility and that I must continue paying their outrageous fees until my contract runs out. Apart from designing a website this company has not done anything for us and is essentially a scam as far as I’m concerned.

Dr. Logic was recommended to me by a colleague. I am a Therapeutic Optometrist and wanted to enhance my website look and have a stronger online presence. Isaiah, my web manager has helped us tremendously. Always makes himself available, answers all my questions, and always gives great insight to our numbers. 10/10 Thank you!

I want to leave a no star, but it won't let me. This company is horrible to work with. High turnover rate so there is no consistency with your "team". We had multiple different people become our "point of contact" and as soon as we needed something, that person was gone and a new one was our person. We were told after the last guy left that we would be contacted by our new person, which we never were contacted by anyone. The only time we got a response back was when I emailed that we want to cancel, she got back to me really quick then, but not when I needed help with the site. We cannot wait to be done with this company!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY !!! NOT WORTH HOW MUCH THEY CHARGE

I have just started with Doctor Logic, so I need a bit more time to understand the process and the company. So far, everyone has been helpful and willing to assist with issues. Isiah is my "success manager," and thank goodness he is patient with all of my questions. My website was up faster than promised, and any delays were due to my delay in providing some information. It looks great, and we are still adjusting the analytics as we go along. So far so good!

We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Dr Logic. There was superiority in every aspect, from start to finish. The finished product will blow you away. They were super attentive to our mission, vision, and desires, and executed it in a manner that exceeded our wildest expectations. Thank you for the stellar service
