Discount Tire

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for several decades. I have purchased many tires for all my vehicles over the years. This is my 1st review. I went to Discount Tire Tuesday March 4, 2025 @ 5:50 PM. They close at 6 PM, and this location is undergoing remodeling. No problem. I was greeted by Krzysztof. He said they could help me, even though it was almost closing time. Then I met Ryan S. (Salesperson 444). He did everything pertaining to my purchase of the 2 Mohave Touring A/S tires, as well as the installation. That included getting the tires off of my car, pulling them off the rim, mounting, balancing, and reinstalling them on my car with the correct torque. Job well done! I returned March 12th for an air check. Sef made sure they were all at the correct air tire pressure (PSI). They were. I had some follow-up questions for Ryan, including rotation & balance checking of my new tires. He answered them all. Everyone at this location is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. A positive shout-out for all the crew. Thank you all! JULY 28, 2025 UPDATE: This is my 1st time returning to this location since the remodel was completed. It looks great. I decided to have an air check on my tires while I was here. Sef checked them, and they were all at 33 PSI. He said Ryan is at another location, and Krzysztof is still here. James is the manager. AUG 30, 2025 UPDATE: Normally they close at 6 PM, but today was Saturday. They closed at 5. I forgot. Sorry. When I pulled up at 5:30 for an air and tire tread check Cameron & Krzysztof said no problem. Thank you both very much! Good people + good tires + good customer service = 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews!

I want to thank James. After an issue with the Discount Tire website showing the tires I ordered as in stock when they actually weren’t, James stepped in and made it right. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided very reasonable solutions. I truly appreciate his patience and consideration, and I’ll definitely be a long-time customer at this store.

I had an excellent experience here! 😊 I called ahead to confirm that the tire size I needed was in stock, and they confirmed it. I walked in today, Wednesday morning, and I was greeted right away. After discussing everything, they got started on my car almost immediately—literally no wait time to begin. I was getting new tires installed, an alignment, a tire rotation, and new wiper blades, and they started working on my car at 10:07 AM and finished by 11:15 AM—everything was done efficiently and quickly. The staff was professional, kind, and efficient. Special thanks to Ezequiel for providing fantastic customer service, another taller gentleman whose name started with K, and Cameron, the technician/service person who worked on my car—they were all great! Highly recommend this location for anyone needing tires or vehicle service. 👍🏼

The team member helped out the flat tire. He was very polite and helpful. All 4 tires got replaced in a timely manner. The establishment was under the construction of renovation. Thus they moved the temporary office and the customer waiting space in two cargo containers.

I went here specifically because it says online that they do alignments and I needed one when I got my tires. They told me the equipment didn't work. I recently looked at my tires, and without even 4k miles on them, they are almost done. I took my car in and they said they won't align my vehicle, and basically told me to get lost
