We did a virtual appointment and were very pleased with our experience. The testers were skilled and patient with my child, and even split his session at the end cause they could see he was exhausted. I appreciated the care. The follow up meeting was very clear and helpful too.

Diagnostic Learning services was such an awesome experience. They listened compassionately to my concerns and questions surrounding my 12 year old's reading and writing delays. The testing process was smooth and the test administrator worked so well with my child and made the 4 hours not seem as rough as he thought it would be. Afterwards, the follow up meeting to discuss the findings and results was thorough and informative. They gave resources and contacts for us to reach out for support. Great experience, highly recommend, wish we had done this process years ago.

Laurie and the rest of the team were amazing. We were able to be seen quickly and got such valuable results. My daughter is now getting support she needs because of this great service. I am so grateful!!

Diagnostics is the best. They tested my 7 year old granddaughter for a learning disability. They were thorough with her tests and treated her very well. Very patient. Very nice to us too. She was diagnosed with dyslexia. Thanks Diagnostics!!!

Very professional and kind in both the exam and the follow-up meeting! Thorough, well-written report completed in a timely manner, as promised, which clearly explains my daughter's strengths and weaknesses and how these affect her style. The report very clearly lays out the accommodations recommended to help my daughter as she begins college this Fall and why they are necessary!
