Davis Property Management

I'm writing a review from an owner's perspective. We have a property Davis Property Management recently began managing. The turn around in the property has been impressive. This is a company committed to having a quality property. Both Mindy and Eddie are responsive to tenants and communicated regularly with owners. (The attached pictures are the current state of the property that was pictured in the one negative review they have on google. I feel that review is misleading as the pictures in that review do not reflect the state of the property under their management).

Rented with them for almost 3 years and had a great experience overall with them. I had to leave my rental with them a few months early and it was easy to work with them on it.

Eddie and Mindy have been great to me. After my realtor first got in contact with Davis Property Management it was only a couple weeks till I had signed my lease. All repairs have been completed in a timely manner. Even when my AC went out on a Saturday, Eddie was in contact with me and the HVAC person that very same day. Whenever I call Davis Property Mmanagement, someone is there to pick up. Mindy takes care of all the leasing paperwork quickly. I would highly recommend Davis Property Mmanagement for both tenants and property owners because of their professionalism and prompt service.

Eddie Davis has managed our properties in Dallas for more than 17 years. He has been superb. We don’t have to be involved with any aspects of the process. He finds the tenets, runs background checks, advertise, leases, increases rents, evicts bad tenants, keeps good long term tenants, manages make readying properties, etc. This is as close as real estate investment gets to being a turnkey hands off investment operation. I would recommend him without any hesitation whatsoever.

Resounding 5 stars for Davis Property Management. Eddie was great from the start. He was honest and responsive and helped set our expectations correctly. Then he exceeded those expectations! From the beginning we could tell Eddie had a great idea of the Dallas market and in particular our suburb of it. Being first time investors we had no clue what to look for, how to market, and what we should expect. Eddie broke all of that down with us and took our property and ran with it. We are grateful for his work and are excited about the future of our property in his hands.
