I’ll start by saying Natalie was amazing! Super patient, super helpful, and made sure I tried every possible option. The store offers the MyFitt fitting process, which is pretty cool, though the suggested sizing didn’t quite work for me. Luckily, Natalie went above and beyond to get the shoes I wanted from the Fort Worth store, and I was able to pick them up a couple of days later. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking to get your fitting done. Just keep in mind the selection of colors and sizes is a bit limited, but the awesome service here more than makes up for it!

Great store. This was our first time visiting Dallas Running Company. Our chiropractor recommended the store and Dylan. Dylan was amazing! We ended up getting a total of 4 really great running shoes and we purchased insoles as well. The foot scanning process was awesome and precise! The treadmill was a bonus to test how comfortable the running shoes are. We were very satisfied!

Awesome customer service. Tyler was the one who helped me find my new pair of walking/rinning shoes, he is also very knowledgeable on finding you the best pair of shoes as well as inserts for your best comfort!

It’s rare to have such exceptional customer service these days. I went into the store looking for new walking shoes and had an A+ experience. If you need to order shoes that the store doesn’t carry and you live within a certain radius, they will personally drop the shoes off to you! Unfortunately, my sales rep accidentally ordered a men’s shoe instead of women’s (mistakes happen!), and when I received the shoes I immediately called the store to remedy the situation. They reached out to On to get an overnight shipment of the correct shoe, and through no fault of their own, On was very slow in responding. I was in desperate need of a new pair of shoes due to an injury, so I ended up returning the shoes and cancelling the inquiry for a new pair with On so I could buy directly from the On website. To my surprise, an employee of the store dropped off the correct pair of shoes to my home with a note apologizing for the mix up. The shoes were free of charge! I am honestly shocked at how well this situation was handled! When I say the customer Service is exceptional, it’s an understatement! They now have a customer for life and I’m telling everyone who will listen to buy their next pair of shoes at Dallas Running Company. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me!

Mr. Hector was fantastic! He helped my girlfriend find the perfect shoes to help her in her recovery. Quick, informative, and extremely kind. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for shoes or getting into running!
