I am so happy I have found this gym after my move to Plano! Everyone has been beyond welcoming and I enjoy coming in everyday to workout and spend time with my class mates! Even though it has only been a few months, I feel like I am home here!

Been going to this gym when they were West plano CrossFit, left for a little bit then came back now 5 years strong. Wouldn’t be anywhere else, this is truly a family. Programming pushes you to the next level and the atmosphere is so welcoming and fun! Love this box!
