Creekside at Legacy

I moved in about a month ago and my experience so far has been excellent. The community is very peaceful, which makes living here truly enjoyable. The service and support have also been outstanding. I relocated from New Jersey, and from the very beginning, Katie has been incredibly helpful in making the transition smooth. She is extremely knowledgeable ,professional and responsive—I honestly can’t recall a single time when she didn’t get back to me within just a few minutes. Always polite, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile, she has played a big part in making place feel like home. It's very difficult to witness someone who is so dedicated to their work. Another big plus is the convenience of the location. Grocery stores, parks, and shopping centers are all just a short drive away, which makes daily life so much easier. Whether it’s a quick grocery run, enjoying some time outdoors, or doing weekend shopping, everything is within easy reach. This accessibility really adds to the overall comfort of living here.

Living at Creekside at Legacy for 5+ years has been very special. The property remains beautiful, peaceful and quiet as well-established trees are abundant. The nature vibe is calming and rich with small wildlife (love the birds). The property buildings are connected with walking paths all throughout making retrieving mail, visiting pools or the fitness room convenient. The Manager’s office staff remains attentive & available welcoming me every time I visit. Penny is a legend; you will be lucky if she’s working when you visit; however, all the staff is very helpful. The property’s location is in the heart of West Plano (close to HEB, the North Dallas Tollway and upscale shopping & dining opportunities). If you are planning to move do yourself a favor and visit Creekside at Legacy!

Just moved into Creekside at Legacy and I’m in love. Penny has been amazing! Anyone I’ve spoken with in the office has been great for that matter. The unit was exactly as described and the property is so nicely laid out and well kept. Couldn’t have asked for more moving here sight unseen from out of state. Just can’t say how much I’m in love with this place. Thank you again!

I have lived in Creekside for almost three years. I really like this community and all the staff, especially Penny. She helped me a lot since I moved in. I also want to thank the manager Rachelle Lebrilla, who was still very nice and helped me with the relevant procedures when I was ready to move out. If I return to Plano, I will choose this apartment again.

Absolutely the worst maintenance experience we have ever dealt with. I have all my original pics and notes from office. Latest mess…incompetent. Over and over. So you call the office. Never apologetic. Very rude and snarkey.. counting down the days until We move lights out. Pet receptacles are not emptied! Trash more often than not not on the property!
