I had an excellent experience at this clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and very attentive. The receptionist Yamile was very nice. The clinic is clean, well organized, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Rosalia took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and compassion shown throughout my visit. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding service.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I went in on Thursday with a viral infection and conjunctivitis, but the doctor misdiagnosed it as allergies and gave me two unnecessary shots that didn’t help at all. I had to go back the next day because I wasn’t improving, and only then did they finally give me antibiotics. I also asked for a doctor's note since I was still very sick and couldn't return to my university. They told me they'd excuse me until Tuesday, and I would need to come back then for a follow-up to check if I was better. However, when I later checked the note, I saw they had only written until Monday. This was an issue because I had a very important lab and exam on Tuesday, and my university is very strict about requiring an official doctor's note to excuse absences. When I went back to get the note corrected, they told me they couldn’t extend it past three days unless I was waiting on lab results—something they never mentioned before. To get the extended note, they said I would have to pay an additional $80 for lab tests. This felt like a scam. It was clear that the clinic cared more about making money than actually providing proper patient care. I would strongly advise against going here unless you want to be taken advantage of financially.

I have been coming to this clinic for a while and I would refer this clinic. They are very sweet here.
