CLINICA HISPANA PLANO TX

I went here before and the lady was super nice and attentive. New staff is awful. I specifically asked him to let me get a note to go back home on monday, since i have a monday thru friday job. I was in pain and really tired! The man in the front asked me when i was there if i wanted a note to return monday or the same day. And i said same day because i thought i was gonna feel good. But then proceeded to feel bad, i called and asked if he could move the date and he said no . When he had asked me in the office if i wanted monday or same day! Very unprofessional. The guy in the front does not know what he is doing! Had to get a shot on a personal spot, he didnt even ask if i would prefer a female! Definitely not going back !

Receptionist was rude

I went to a consultation because my tongue was irritated, with a sticky white coating inside my cheeks and without doing any tests, the doctor immediately told me, you have the bacteria from reflux, I had an appointment at Parkland a few days later and I told them that I had gone to the doctor and the diagnosis that the doctor from this Hispanic clinic had given me... they told me you can't give you a diagnosis without doing tests, well Parkland sent me to do the corresponding tests for the bacteria and as soon as they got the results they were looking for me in an emergency because I did indeed have that bacteria. The doctor at the Hispanic clinic is a wise man, a professional who knows the illness the patient has just from the symptoms, I recommend 100% very professional, truly in this clinic they love their work and are dedicated to it.

This is my 3rd time coming in really sick. I came in twice with a cough, runny nose, and bronchitis. The nurse and doctor are really good! Today I came in with only allergies, but my husband came in with a cough, runny nose, bronchitis, and low oxygen. They put him on a machine to open his lungs 🫁 and sent us with medicine. We've been here for 8 hours, and we already feel much better!! I honestly recommend them! THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️‍🩹 🙏 🤝 🫶 🙌
