This is the worst pet place you could ever choose for your furry friends. They choose the style they want for you. My pet is a female Cocker Spaniel, and I requested her style, but they gave her a regular cut. The price starts at a reasonable price, and surprise charges appear at the end. My pet has pink razor marks on her anal and vaginal areas, like someone shaving a pig. That area is very sensitive, with a lot of burning on her skin, and her paws are constantly itching. My dog doesn't have her whiskers anymore; they've had them re-cut. I've never been to a place with such unprofessionalism. Don't even joke around here. It's the worst place ever.
Been bringing my two dogs here for over 5 years… they have been consistently great every time. The staff is so sweet to the dogs and are very helpful.
They always do a great job with my mini labradoodle, Missy. The shampoo they use smells so good! They work quickly and I believe you can walk-in. I usually call ahead before dropping Missy off. And the prices are competitive. Try them!
First time customer and I’m so happy. I have a senior dog and grooming appointments are always tough. They completed his groom in about an hour and the pup was happy. At other places my pup would be sore or limp after from being manipulated and picked up (arthritis). He was completely fine when I picked him and even trotted out. The cut looks great too. I’m very appreciative.
On January 14th, 2020 I took my two huskies to Classy Cuts for grooming services. They have been there in the past, with no problems. I dropped off my dogs off at 2:00pm. I indicated I wanted "a trim" to the receptionist at the time, as I've done in previous visits. At 5:00pm, my mother picked up my dogs. My two beautiful huskies had been shaved completely, except their heads and tails. My mother was appalled and flabbergasted. Once I saw my dogs, I was equally as dissapointed. Double coat dogs are not supposed to be shaven due to their increased vulnerability to temperature, sun and insects. On January 15th, I contacted Classy Cuts to voice my displeasure on the services received. I indicated wanting a full refund. After some waiting, I was informed by Cesar, a manager, that they would refund half of what I paid and provide a free appointment next time. I indicated I would like a full refund due to the ongoing negative byproducts of the dogs being shaven. The manager indicated that the receptionist reported she had informed me of the risks in shaving my dogs, completely dismissing my recolection of events. He went on to indicate that the receptionist also reported having explained everything to me and that I had asked her to have the dogs shaved. They provided no documentation of me asking my dogs to be shaved other than the narrative provided by the employee. On January 17th, after ongoing communications, my brother went to pick up a check for half of the amount paid on January 14th. When he arrived he was presented with two copies of a word document which stipulated that I would be reimbursed for half of the amount, that both my dogs would never receive any services, and that I would not speak about anything that happened. My brother felt extremely akward and nervous about signing since he was there for financial reimbursement purposes. He asked if he would be reimbursed if he did not sign. The manager indicated he would not receive reimbursement if he did not sign. My brother left without signing the document or receiving reimbursement. This whole ordeal has been very taxing. My dogs are shaved and have been negatively impacted by Classy Cuts' negligent behavior. It has been very dissapointing how the situation was handled by the merchant. My concerns were continously dismissed and negated. Instead of fostering understanding and cultivating their customer base, Classy Cuts chose to denigrate and dismiss my dogs and I, after their own negligence caused the issue. I would not recommend Classy Cuts going forward. Not because of their grooming services, although those have deeply hurt me and my doggy family. I choose not to recommend Classy Cuts because of their dismissive and negligent customer service. Which not only failed to acknowledge their mistake but successfully made me feel alienated, dismissed, and generally unsatisfied. Pictures of my dogs say more than any review could ever denote.
