Just picked up a case for my daughter, and had them put a screen protector. Probably the fourth or fifth time I’ve done business here. Always conscientious, good value, good service.

THEIVES! BEWARE! USE DAMAGE PARTS! 8/24/19 Charged me $200 to replace my cracked iPhone X and replaced it with a damaged screen that turned black and blue the next morning. When I brought it in they told me there's nothing they can do. They weren't even willing to try and fix it or refund me any amount. Horrible customer service and absolutely so rude!

Terrible customer service! Had trouble with their screen repair! It's a 3rd party screen, that Apple will not fix! I came in about 2 months ago to get my phone screen fixed at the store at willow-bend in Plano Texas. I also bought a screen protector and phone cases. I paid about 200$ all together. They told me that the screen and protector had a one year warranty. It was fine till a week later the screen protector started to come off and crack, I went back and they put anew one on. about 2 weeks later the same thing happened so I returned to them once again and the owner told me that if it happens again, they were not going to fix it and they would give me back my money. A week later same thing happened again, but this time the screen they put on made my screen turn yellow. They gave me back my money for the screen protector and fixed me phone, he proceeded to tell me that when you fix iPhone screens they don't fix right so it's bound to have problems. Today Friday November 13th,2015 I went in due to my screen started coming off the rest of the phone, and had white spots all over the screen, and my phone isn't charging properly. I asked for my money back for the screen repair and he said with an attitude that he would put a broken screen back on the phone after he was done, doing what he was doing and then he would give me my money back. I said that's fine and a hour later I came back and he returned my phone to me and said I don't have warranty on it, after he told me that I had a year warranty on what I bought. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he replied "well I'm the only one here right now" and was looking down at his phone. I told him that I need to speak to someone in charge, so he game me her card and told me to come in the morning. My experience with this companies store is terrible and I will never come back for their services again!!! They lie and have TERRIBLE customer service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking to fix their phone, I would rather pay $100 more to get my phone fixed than deal with false information and terrible customer service.

Never coming here again. Came in to get screen replaced and was charged $100. New screen was cheap, colors looked washed, felt like there was a lag with the touch. The ear speaker also wouldn’t work. They gave me a refund and fixed the ear speaker but charged me for labor to get my old screen back. I’d rather pay another $60 to get everything done correctly by apple.

my iPhone 6 was broken and apple told me I had to replace my phone. I went to Cellairis and they fixed my phone in 30 min. These guys have great service and wow they are amazing. everyone should shop here and they are great techs!!!
