Sunday Katherine help me complete my living room purchase. She took time to hear what was important to me. My husband loved the selection she helped us with. Seriously best customer service.
Stay Away. Quality of Beds are the worst. Purchased a queen bed last year. the wood base of the bed started bulding mold. the Room and other items in the room are clear of any mold. Only the bed's wood base as well the fabrics on the headboard had horrible mold. Customer services refused to work with me on this problem as it is out of warranty. I was told that I'm stuck with this problem. Horrible bussiness to deal with and very low quality furniture.
First and foremost, I completely understand why your company is closing. My experience was full of lies and false advertising from the moment I stepped into your store. I went furniture shopping with a friend for my apartment, and what should have been an exciting day turned into hours of wasted time and frustration. The salesperson, Mike, greeted us as we walked in and gave us what he called a “rundown” of the sales. He clearly stated that anything with a red tag included the entire set. I trusted that information, spent hours deciding, and when I finally made a choice on a couch with a red tag, I was suddenly told it was priced per piece — not the set as I was led to believe. If that wasn’t bad enough, Mike also told us that orange tags were negotiable, only to later admit that they weren’t negotiable at all and were already set at a fixed price. This was incredibly misleading and a complete waste of my time. The entire experience felt dishonest and disorganized, and the so-called “high quality” furniture he kept talking about did not look or feel anywhere near high quality. This visit left me upset, disappointed, and feeling like I was tricked into staying in the store longer than I should have. I would never recommend this store to anyon
Shows and charged us for new furniture and sends us C Grade Furniture damaged furniture. They try to hide damaged with colors so we dont notice corner and hidden damages on first look. After some days we noticed and contacted them and they refuse to do anything saying you should tell us on same day or next day. Suggest not to buy from them. Paid $6000 for bed and dinning Talked to Manager mike, he admit its a manufacturing fault but deny to help saying its against our policy. Shame on such businesses
