I just signed a lease to move my office to this location because I could not find any other location that can match the price, features or feel of this location. Here are 10 key reasons that make this location irresistible... 1. Great architecture and interior - it is so well-lit and has such a welcoming feel. There is a very large common area and I got a sense of being in a community. 2. Great break area to unwind, have a cup of coffee or your meal 3. Beautiful, well-lit rooms 4. LOWEST PRICE PER SQUARE FOOT of any other office location I considered 5. Extremely flexible - no extra charges for a month to month lease 6. LOWEST SETUP FEES of any other location I considered 7. Redundant internet - 2 internet service providers so you are still connected if one of them has an outage 8. 90 minutes backup battery supply in case of a power failure 9. No nickel and dime’ing with extra charges for things like access badges or additional team members 10. I was searching for an office near my home, and I loved Caddo! Taffy was fantastic to work with. She was very helpful when laying out all of my options and the benefits that come with a lease here.

If you don’t go to them, you are definitely losing money. They are wonderful, sweet and completely brilliant! They will be doing my taxes for the rest of my life!

I absolutely love being at Caddo Mapleshade offices and having Hope & Health Medical Clinics here! 🥰🤩🙌🏾 My patients really like coming! This building is great, and my experience has been made even better by people like Tara Neher, the manager, and Kim Gill the interior designer of the building. They have been so extremely kind, available, and helpful at every turn! I appreciate having my business here, and knowing that even when other occupants, or clients/patients walk in here, they are greeted with warmth, and respect! Thankful to be here! 😄🙏🏾

I love Caddo! I've had an office here for over a year, and I couldn't be happier. The lease terms are super flexible and convenient, the internet is fast and reliable, the place is upscale, well maintained, and clean, and the staff are wonderful.. The 24 hour access is a big plus too. Highly recommend for anybody who is looking for a hassle free office experience.
