Great experience. Kirk is an expert at what he does. He knew what I wanted and worked with me on what would be in my budget. I’m so impressed. My whole process of looking and buying was at max 30 mins. Budget friendly, and responsive. I found their ad on Facebook along with locals who vouched for Boxdrop. I’m so glad I came here instead of big furniture retailers. I’ve been raving to all my friends about this place. They offer delivery, but we were local and borrowed a family member’s truck. Kirk and his associates loaded it within minutes. A plus for me was he engaged with my kids and made a boring experience for the kids, fun.

What a great buying experience! Having worked in retail from customer-facing to corporate, getting "sold" makes major purchases an icky experience. However, Kirk and Gary at BoxDrop provided excellent service, answered my million questions, and made me feel welcome. I wasn't "sold" and my concerns were addressed. From the beginning, they were cognizant of my budget and showed me options within it. I am pleased that their mattresses have good warranties as well. Whether paying outright or needing to use credit options, they have you covered. They sell mattress protectors, pillows, and bed bases/box springs; everything you need to create a new sleep solution. Delivery is reasonably priced and available for same-day or a later time. Additionally, they sell sofas, loveseats, and chairs. They're moving soon so make an appointment to come check them out. It seems like the people leaving five star reviews have only bought mattresses from this place and not their couches because if they had bought a couch, they wouldn't be leaving five stars. The mattresses that we have gotten have been great! They're the best place for getting a comfy bed at a good price but their couches are worse quality then something you'd get at Walmart or big lots. Our couches from them all break in various places, the fabric tears, the pillow cushes sink in and this is all in less than a year with just normal sitting on the couch. In comparison, we have a couch from Ashley Furniture that's lasted over 6 years and still going strong. Now you may be wondering why get another couch with them in the first place? Because we thought that it must've been just a bad couch and we know they sell great beds so it can't be them. They say that they get the same things that you might get from Ashley's or Nebraska but I can't believe that anymore. It seems like any couch from them is sure to break down in only a few months. I say that from my experience and the experience of a friend that I recommended to go to them because they are a family owned business, they usually have good customer service, and again, they still have great mattresses. I would definitely still recommend them for beds but nothing else.
