Best Buy Outlet is a mixed bag, so I'm giving it 3 stars. Some of the items here aren't in the best condition and aren't really the great deals you'd expect. A lot of the products are pretty messed up, and the place itself feels like a sad, empty location. That said, there are still some decent deals to be found, and the customer service is good. It's worth checking out if you're willing to sift through the selection, but manage your expectations

I visited the Best Buy Outlet expecting a wider selection and deeper discounts, but the experience was a bit different than I anticipated. The store mainly had open-box and clearance items, and availability was limited depending on what you’re looking for. Prices were decent on some items, but not everything felt like a great deal. The staff was helpful, and the store was organized, but overall it didn’t fully match my expectations. It’s worth checking out if you’re nearby or searching for a specific item, but it may not be for everyone.

Not what I expected personally, was mostly washers and dryers, some TVs, a whole lot of Robot vacuums. Not anything of interest to me but had no issues here. The Apple products don’t seem to be on too big of a discount.

BEST BUY HAS GONE DOWN IN THE DUMPS!!! I gave this store 1 star because the staff was nice. However, the company as a whole is terrible, as their website advertised an open box item in excellent condition as containing all hardware and parts. This is a false statement and misleading.... I paid the highest price for an open box in excellent condition only to find that the remote and feet/ stand were missing from the television box!!! I've spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service and waited for 10 entire business days for a call back & there's still been no resolution, nor call back from this store or the customer service department to either refund me the difference of an open box in fair condition ( which is what I received) or replace the television with a fully functional version w/ ALL PARTS. At this point, my time was wasted and money. I had to pay someone to mount the television since Best Buy did not supply the stand, which means I spent more time, money, and effort to get the television to work. Never again! I'll shop at P. C. Richardson or Sam's club before going through this type of unethical bait and switch again.

Our experience with Best Buy highlighted a serious disconnect between their ordering system, customer service, and the in-store team. We placed and paid for an order online, and customer service assured us it would be ready for pickup in 60 minutes. However, when we arrived at the store, Brianna, who identified herself as the "manager," curtly informed us that the order's whereabouts were unknown. When we asked what could be done, she simply shrugged and walked away, leaving us with no solution. Despite Brianna's poor managerial example, other employees proved to be much more motivated and helpful. Feeling sorry for our situation, they took it upon themselves to track down the order. After some effort, they managed to locate it – hiding in plain sight all along. While we appreciate the dedication of the employees who helped us, the overall experience was frustrating and disorganized. The lack of communication between customer service, the ordering system, and the store team created unnecessary stress. We hope Best Buy addresses these issues and ensures that their managers set a better example for their teams. As ordinary consumers, we are not paid or compensated in any way for this review. We are always looking for reliable and transparent businesses and hope the company will take this feedback into consideration.
