I have been a customer of Best Buy for many years. Today reminded me why I can continue to give them my business. Not only did I find a great price on a microwave that I have shopped at no less than five different stores for looking for a certain feature, but the customer service was outstanding. Wes was never rude or impatient as I asked many questions. He looked up features and went to see what he could do for me through the company to get fastest delivery. He then offered and carried it all the way out to my car.
I recently purchased a TV from Best Buy and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the team. Manager Tyson and sales associates Gage and Ashir provided exceptional guidance, added valuable insight beyond my own research, and treated me with outstanding courtesy throughout the process. Excellent service from beginning to end—highly recommend this team.
I came in hot and left impressed!! The team at this Best Buy is absolutely top-notch. Ken, working tirelessly in the installation department, deserves all the praise. I have personally seen him expertly assist each customer, myself included, with great knowledge and professionalism in his work. Changed my attitude completely!
I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Manager JZ. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. JZ really listened to my needs, gave clear and honest advice, and made the whole process smooth and easy. It’s rare to meet someone so professional and genuinely helpful. If you visit this store, I highly recommend asking for JZ — he’ll make sure you leave satisfied.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I called for an issue with my order and spoke with a man who was extremely rude and unhelpful. He continuously spoke over me, was extremely condescending, and when I asked to speak to his manager or supervisor he refused. When I asked to speak to another worker he also refused and told me to hang up and call again to be connect with someone else. When I called again I was connected with him for another time and he was again extremely rude. I have never spoken with someone so unwilling to help and I have already filed a report on the interaction. Best Buy get better people to work for you. He should not work with customers, he has the worst attitude possible.
