I love Bacon, I have been a family and friends member for years. I never have a bad experience with any of their team. They are all extremely professional and respectful. Zac recently installed new security cameras for me quickly and efficiently. He communicated unknown issues that arose during installation and also double checked previous work to ensure everything would continue working properly. I cannot say enough great things about this organization.

Hector from Bacon came out well prepared and ready to get the system working. The evaluation was accurate and the whole team (technician, customer service and accounting) did a great job. But a special shout out to Hector.

I contacted Bacon heating air and plumbing to get some electrical work done in preparation for a bidet install in two of my bathrooms. Dylan was my electrical technician. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. He explained things as he was going along, which helped me to feel even more confident in the work that he was doing. Because of his skill and knowledge, it did not take him long to complete the job. I would definitely recommend Dylan and Bacon heating air and plumbing and electrical for your home servicing needs.

Communication was great throughout, from the point of setting the appointment, even starting out with the AI assistant who answers the phone. Don’t freak out, I’m 65 and loved it. Lee was my electrical tech and a great job. He cleaned up well after the install and was very professional. The overall experience was outstanding, I would highly recommend Bacon as a company.

Jose did a phenomenal job. Explained in detail everything that he found during the check up and gave me estimates on repairs and a new system. Even came back to answer the questions I had about financing. Will definitely keep having using them for for my HVAC needs.
