I recently purchased a used Kia Forte5, and the experience was excellent. The team never pressured me and allowed me plenty of time to thoroughly inspect the car at my own pace. I had a lot of questions, and they answered every one of them patiently and in detail. There were a few issues with the car that I pointed out, and they took care of all of them without hesitation. is a second review and I just have to say these guys stand on Integrity! I’ve had my Maserati since July and it’s ran amazingly great I had one small issue I addressed it soon as I noticed and they fixed it with no questions asked the mechanic they have is just as nice and gets the job done quick, if you are thinking about purchasing here DO IT! Purchase the extended warranty also it is a great package. Thanks Joey Jeremy and James. Unfortunately I had to come back to update my review. So the small issue I had was my emissions which wasn’t a big deal it just you can’t pass inspection or get your registration with it since it triggers your check engine light. Well soon as I left the car lot which I went 3 times the light came back on after driving 100 miles. After the 3rd time and Jeremy saying it’s no issue with car or it doesn’t affect my motor I said forget it I’ll just go back later. Well come to find out the part he claims to have put on he did not. He was just resetting it to get me out the door. Well needless to say it’s time for my emissions and I’m facing the exact same issue I bought the car with and I’m sure he didn’t want to fix it correct cause the parts and labor was almost $1600 I told him and showed him the estimate from another repair shop. But so much for the integrity that I thought they had here when I called him he answered with an attitude and said I’ll try to get in in Weds and completely stop responding or answering after that. I reached out to Joey by text and he basically said they are out of business so I would have to pay out of pocket now since they are closed down and that Jeremy has several other cars to repair so that why he doesn’t have time to respond to me. So it’s been two weeks and he never gets time to call or respond? I get the picture and I’m stuck paying it because my registration goes out but it’s no way I could leave a great review on something that ended up being a bunch of bullcrap.

Saw the Vehicle online and reached out, we were contacted back immediately, and scheduled our test drive for the next day. The vehicle needed a minor repair which was completed onsite before the second test drive. No pressure sales - Joey is great! We got a great car for a great price, and it will be an awesome 16th birthday present for our son! Thanks!!

We had a great experience with Auto Vault. The process was so easy and fast. Joey was fantastic and explained everything to us really well. Over two days we only spent a total of about 30 minutes there and left with a new car! Would definitely do business with them again. Thanks guys!
