AT&T Store

You know what??? I hardly ever write reviews! Especially bad ones. But this AT&T store deserves a negative review. This is now my 3rd time coming here waiting in line forever to talk to someone. They only have one lady working and she is overwhelmed… the manager that quit or got fired recently got me to upgrade to a 17 pro max and I waited one month for the phone. We went over my trade in and future billing, which determined why I decided to upgrade. He lied and now my bill is almost at $300 when my trade in phone is brand new and in excellent condition. The manager from out of town named Jared refuses to come out and talk to me. I called customer service and told them what’s going on. They told me to return the phone to this store. Again my 3rd time coming and they won’t help me. The manager here won’t come out to the front bc he told Sara he was ready to go home. He lied and said he called me when he never did. I do have a phone record to prove that. Hands down worst manager, worse staff ever. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

I was attended by Marilyn Bustos at AT&T store once. She took the time to explain to me various solutions to the different needs I had. Everything she explained was clear and thought to make my life easier. After my first invoice for the service hired, some questions came up so I came in again and Marilyn remembered my account and what I was looking for in my plan. I hired additional lines for my family and even purchased a new phone. I highly recommend that you visit THIS AT&T store and ask for Marilyn. Her customer service and attention should be the standard for all the stores. She has gained a customer for life.

Amari was quick to help me set up my new Galaxy Watch that I received via shipping. She quickly walked me through the steps and got it synced in minutes. I also had all my questions answered about my son's watch so that I could get it activated at home. Excellent service!

Came into the store while just needing help woth the transfer code to swap from at&t to mobile, Amari was helpful and polite and extremely professional. Helped explain everything that I needed to do and we had some fun side conversation about how much she loves working for AT&T. I would 10 out of 10 recommend working with Amari
