Advanced Veterinary Care of Plano

Took my old dog in to get a mass on his back checked out and to get an updated physical and full round of vaccines. Scheduling my first appointment was easy, I was even able to fill out all of my paperwork online before my visit. A real person answered the phone promptly any time I had to call, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My dog has arthritis, and all staff members took great consideration for his comfort when handling him. The veteranarian's examination was very thorough and they carefully explained all of my options to me without me even having to ask so that I could make the best choice for my boy's follow-up treatment. Not once was I pressured into accepting additional opt-in services but I was made aware that they were there if I wanted them. Prices were extremely reasonable and they accept a lot of different payment methods which made checkout easy. I even scheduled a follow up appointment for some additional care my dog needed for the next day! One of the easiest and most pleasant vet visits we've had in years, will absolutely be taking all of my animals here from now on.

Quick, easy, affordable care, and a friendly staff. This place has everything I want out of a vet for my cat’s routine checkups! Will definitely continue coming here as long as I’m living in the area.

My German Shepard mix was sick and we knew it was time for her to go, possibly a tumor or cancer. They gave her as her last meal Godiva chocolates. She was in heaven before she actually went to doggie heaven. We have used them for euthanasia several times over the years for our pups and they were very professional and treated you and your pet like you and your pet are the only thing that matters. They are very compassionate and seem to feel the pain you do when you do have a pet that has to be euthanized. They don’t make you feel guilty over your decisions! Best vet and staff I have ever encountered! Thank you sooooo much for your awesomeness!
