The office is clean, modern, and well-organized. The dental team took their time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about my comfort. The staff is always nice and accommodating. Rita is the best, always has a big smile when I come in. I have used several hygienist in the office and they have all been super professional. Dr. Patel is easily one of the best dentist in DFW. I have worked at several dentist offices when I was in college and it can be scary not knowing your doctor. If you need a trustworthy dentist, this is your spot.

Roya was very prompt and thorough. She made me very comfortable because of her knowledge and understanding. I definitely want her to take care of all my dental needs.

I had high expectations after reviewing the testimonials, which indicated a system designed to alleviate patient anxiety during dental screenings. I explicitly communicated that my search for a new provider was driven by insurance coverage concerns and past difficulties. They assured me they would clarify and explain how they could assist with coverage. I mentioned having a deep cleaning only a year prior, yet they recommended another. Upon receiving an estimate, and understanding my insurance policy, I questioned how this would be covered given that such procedures are typically covered every two years. They quickly acknowledged their error, despite my prior disclosure of my history and their confirmation of it. Consequently, I received an estimate with no insurance coverage support. I opted to postpone and proceed with a standard cleaning for areas of my mouth that did not require it, and they confirmed there would be no charge for this. However, upon returning for that appointment, they seemed to have forgotten our prior discussion and presented new charges, asserting that insurance required them. This was very deceptive and I walked away.
