I have been an IT guy for over 2 decades. Worked for Dell, Compaq, and HP. Abe, the owner, is a super nice person who has all the tech skills you would ever need. I took a Dell Laptop and a new keyboard that needed to be installed. This requires a complete take apart of this laptop. This was out of my wheelhouse of repairs. He immediately started disassembling the laptop and had it done in approximately an hour. His prices are more than fair and he is straight and honest with his recommendations.
